No refunds on domain names

 The domain name(s) that the client (you) purchased will remain the property of the client and is(are) free to be relocated to another hosting company at no charge from AAA-WebHost providing that payment for that domain name is completed.

 You do not loose your domain name if you transfer, and you may transfer your new domain name to your new hosting company at no additional charge from our service if you are not 100% happy with our service. 

However, we can not refund setup fees or the domain name purchased (or in case of a transfer for the fee we incurred to transfer your existing domain name to
AAA-WebHost.net), as the domain name is already registered to you and is now your property.

We will re-point your DNS for FREE to the new web host of your request if you wish to move to a new host. Simply fill out the DNS change request form on our site.

 Note: Customers that fail to complete payment due to bad  checks, failed credit card transactions, or credit card charge backs forfeit their domain names and rights to the domain names to aaa-webhost.net until payment is arranged and completed. All fees additional from the action will be the responsibility of the client.

Billing Procedures

aaa-webhost.net offers no monthly fee plans, monthly fee plans, and annual billing cycles to its customers.

Credit Card Payers

 Customers who pay by credit card and that have monthly recurring fees are automatically charged upon the renewal of their account.   

Disk Usage

 If you exceed you allowed disk usage for your account you will be billed a rate of $25.00 per 20 MB annually.

 Customers have the option of upgrading to a larger hosting plan at any time to avoid this fee.

 Your disk usage is calculated by the average amount of space you have used each day in a calendar month.  

Please remember that the following items count against your disk usage:

• all directories/files in your home directory, 
  all directories/files in your anonymous FTP directory, 

• your mailboxes, and 

• any database that you might be using.

 Our control panel has tools that help you determine your usage.

Data Transfer

For accounts that use a set data transfer limit, AAA-WebHost charges $15.00 per 500MB should you exceed your allowed data transfer.  

If you exceed your data transfer limits, you will be automatically billed. 

Please pay close attention to use data transfer by watching your logs. Our control panel has tools that help you determine your usage.

There are no refunds on our services such as 

• domain names, 

• dns setup ,

• hosting fees (its Free),

• scripting, 

• programming and 

• web design.   

Reinstatement Fees

 Any account that is suspended due to non-payment will incur a $15 reinstatement fee. 

Accounts are suspended upon 15 days past due. 

Accounts are completely removed from our servers upon 30 days past due and the account will be referred to our collection agency. 

Customers that bounce checks, charge back or stop payment on their credit card transaction or check purchases after their domain name has been purchased must pay an additional one time $50.00 fee plus the amount previously owed to be reinstated or recover their domain name.
